Support — live issues, how-tos, bugs
Email support@theoretichotels.com for anything broken, anything unclear, and anything you wish worked differently. Existing customers can also raise tickets from the in-app help widget — tickets created in-app get priority routing. Include screenshots, the property name, and the booking or invoice ID where relevant.
Legal — contracts, GST, vendor onboarding
Email legal@theoretichotels.com for master service agreements, GST and invoicing queries, vendor onboarding forms, and any legal correspondence. Our standard MSA, DPA, and acceptable-use policy are available on request and can be tailored for enterprise and franchisor engagements.
Privacy & Data Protection
Email privacy@theoretichotels.com for any matter concerning personal data — DPDP Act requests (access, correction, erasure), data processing questions, and privacy-related concerns. We acknowledge privacy emails within 24 hours and respond substantively within 7 working days, as required under the DPDP Act, 2023.
