Redesigned the POS into three tabs — Create Order, Add Menu, Bills — for clearer separation of live service, menu management, and bill history. Added veg / non-veg indicators, category chips (Starter / Main / Dessert / Beverage / Bar), and room-routing for in-house guests with auto-fetch by phone or room number.

Introduced a first-class payments module with Cash / Card / UPI / Bank Transfer / Room payment types, advance capture at booking, partial and multiple payments against a single folio, refunds with reason and audit trail, and per-mode revenue breakdown in reports.

The availability calendar now shows hover tooltips on every cell — guest name, booking source, tariff, and stay dates — without needing to drill in. Drag-to-create and drag-to-extend gestures make the calendar the fastest way to manage bookings for properties of any size.

Room types are now fully customisable — name, attributes (sea view, private pool, pet-friendly), tariffs, and housekeeping SLAs per type. Add as many types as your property needs; the calendar, the POS, and the reports all respect the type taxonomy.

Introduced six themes — Obsidian Gold (default), Emerald, Sapphire, Sunset, Midnight, and Champagne — selectable per property. Brand the interface to match your hotel; the theme persists across staff and guest portals.

Two-way sync with the top 10 Indian OTAs — MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Cleartrip, Yatra, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, TravelGuru, EaseMyTrip, OYO. Bookings from OTAs land in the calendar with source tagged and commission visible; availability updates push back to OTAs in near real time to prevent overbooking.

Launched the Command Dashboard with live KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR), arrivals / departures lists, hourly revenue charts, low-stock alerts, and a real-time activity feed. Role-aware views adapt the dashboard to Super Admin, Hotel Admin, and Staff priorities.
