See occupancy %, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) update live as bookings, check-ins, and check-outs happen. Each KPI card shows the current value, the delta vs. yesterday, and a 7-day sparkline trend — so a sudden dip in RevPAR at 11 AM is never a surprise at the end of the day.

Compare against last period to spot slow Sundays or festive spikes. Export the chart as an image or push the underlying data to XLS/CSV for finance.

When a critical stock item — bath soap, toiletries, bath towel, bar stock, restaurant staples — crosses its reorder threshold, the dashboard surfaces a low-stock alert with current quantity, reorder level, and a "Raise PO" shortcut. No more front desk discovering at 9 PM that you've run out of hand towels.

A live, filterable feed of every meaningful event: new booking created, guest checked in, payment captured, invoice generated, housekeeping task completed, staff login. Each entry is timestamped, attributed to a user, and links back to the record. Filter by event type, user, or time window for audit and incident review.

Above the dashboard, a notification centre consolidates alerts from across modules — pending payments, checkout guards tripped, SLA breaches in housekeeping, OTA sync failures, and staff clock-ins. Notifications are read/unread, dismissable, and deep-link to the relevant screen so nothing falls through the cracks.

The dashboard adapts to who's looking. A Super Admin sees portfolio-wide KPIs across all properties. A Hotel Admin sees their property only. Front desk staff get an arrivals-first view; finance sees revenue-first; housekeeping sees task-first. Same dashboard, different priorities — no extra configuration needed.
